Robocall from this Hamilton number indicating there was a lawsuit about to be issued "in your name" and that an arrest warrant would be issued if I didn't call back. I reported it to the Hamilton Police. https://hamiltonpolice.on.ca/how-to/report-crime/online-reporting (probably won't do anything, but at least there will be a record if anyone should fall for this crap).
Parading as CRA (canada revenue agency). Tells you to call back once you hear the message (gives the same number) and threatens that an arrest warrant will be issues for you if you do not.
wanted to talk to owner, I ask several questions (to see if I should bother the owner--that's my job) which he said he was too busy for this. I said so is the owner. He hung up.
Fifteen months have passed since the last spate of calls from this number. But, today, I received several calls from this number on both of my phone lines. This time, the caller ID showed "NODID". Apparently, they are calling from a call centre in India. As before, I let the answering machine handle the calls which resulted in dead air.Searching for "NODID" in combination with the phone number turned up many reports detailing the nature of this caller's latest scam. They are pulling
They call almost daily very frustrating they leave voice message regarding unpaid taxes something needs to done...:(
The duct cleaning company is called "Save-Air". I got so tired of the calls that I agreed to have them come to clean my ducts. My plan was to teach, womever arrived "a lesson" when they showed up. Anyway, the rep called me a short time later to confirm the appointment.....FROM HIS CELL PHONE. The number is 647-656-5775 Hahaha, now I have his number and I continually call him using *67 (to hide my number). Needless to say, HE gets really pissed with MY calls. He never did show up to "
Compare the WHOIS info for oldtimershockey.com and shrine-circus.com - identical information. No co-incidence that Xentel DM have been calling on behalf of the Shriners the same days they've been telespamming for the Old-timers' Hockey Challenge:CallBlock (416) 840-3098 TMG Call Blocked 2010-02-26 16:00:14CallBlock 647-722-5912 TMG Call Blocked 2010-02-26 19:27:01
I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts: people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this
This caller left dead air on my answering machine.Searching for more info on Google reveals very little info about this number. Other phone spam-reporting sites also mention either no answer when picking up dead air on their machines.
Stupid idiots keep calling over and over and over just like their sister company, who is calling from this number in Ontario, Canada, 613-230-2890, apparently asking for the exact same information. I yelled at the man on the other end to never call back, the number he called is on the DO NOT CALL LIST and he will be reported. And I followed through with the Quebec number and the Ontario number. Sick of SPAM!
Confirmed EOS Canada collection agency number. I most certainly have no collections against me. I called the company, they were super nice. Talked to first rep and I needed to be put in contact to a rep for my province. They transfer me to another nice person, I explained and boom, no problems. I'm told 24 to 48 hours before my number gets removed from their system (im guessing system, automated) and that was it. I almost WANT collection issues just to get nice calm polite telephone customer support again l
Telus User: For a single call, there is not much you can do, it needs to be something more than a random phone call for anything to be done about it. Has many times have they called so far?
No one there. Dead. Creeps me out when that happens. I've been told that if it is an 'out of country' type phonecall - the kind that has a delay & echo...just start hitting the 9 about 8 times and this will screw up their recording capability and your home number will not get back on their list...or so I've been told!
The caller was Synovate Canada, a market research/survey company. The call originated from their call center based in Vancouver, B.C.
Call received Daytime 12:55 from a phone number 905-427-3584 . Google search shows Chambers Food Services Ltd, 75 Chambers Dr, Ajax, L1Z 1E1 . Called back number 'Angela' confirms that they have a telemarketing campaign, and it includes my town. Claims that Claims that they 'Purchase' lists from Canada411. [Lie as No Telemarketing Co Sells the list they only rent them for a fixed term] Claims Supervisor Barry not in office currently (lunch time). I ask who the Sales Rep is from Canada411
Called, but hangs up before anyone can get to the phone or answering machine. Too cheap to pay for someone to answer. Doesn't leave a message and I don't know anyone in Toronto just calling to chat.
