The person that called from this number pretended they were from CRA and said that was issue related to my CRA account. The accent and tone were very suspicious. I hung up. They did not call back again.
I had a ad on Kijiji(Canada's Craig List). This number called 2 times wanting to know if it was still for sale. Told them it was sold. I live in Saskatchewan, no where near Henderson NV. Reeked of BS call. Hung up when I told them it was sold. Sounds like
This is an investment scam, fraudulently posing as a bank, that is illegally calling into USA from Toronto, Canada. Phone # is registered to an individual, "Ariel Esque" (may be a spoofed #). They are trying to steal your money, and/or your personal information. FYI - NEVER say the word "yes" when dealing with scammers. They will record your "yes", and then use it as "proof" that you agreed to whatever they were offering or selling. In some places, that simple "y
Mystery Shopper scam (Feedback Plus). They will try to get you to cash a counterfeit cashiers check and then wire the proceeds minus your mystery shopper fee back to them using various wire services.
They asked for me with my first name and introduces themselves as from Red Cross. I made excuse and hang up

Feb 4, 2014 @15:18 MSTGot the standard automated message - something along the lines of: 'Congratulations! For being a valued Telus customer, we have a prize. Press 1 to accept." I was busy today and didn't have time to play around with them. The BIG DIFFERENCE between this call and the numerous others I have received in the past, is that they are now spoofing an actual valid & working phone number. The number actually belongs to a company who has no clue or connection to this phone-spamm
To see an ugly, carelessly laid out website which slows your browser and sets cookies constantly, and shows a poor command of English in its rambling headers, go load the site that JC, a/k/a ''JunkCall'', keeps spamming here. To see the scraped source of all of its content, find the far superior 800Notes.com.
tried to call the number back but no luck, number not in service - probably one-way gateway of the call center not allowing inbound calls so you are not able to call them back. People did someone answer this number?

Got my first call from "Plant Test PQ" from # 514-958-0000 today. Got a fax tone when I picked up. I tried calling 3 different number removal phone numbers as well as Eva K's and all come back saying the number is not valid. This seems to be a growing trend all through Canada. These days with the economy crashing in countries all aroung the world, more and more business owners are signing contracts with unscrupulous "Mass" faxing/advertising agencies and don't care who is being
I have fun with these kind of calls where people are trying to hack into your computer by having you give them access. I play with them for 10-15 minutes and frustrate the heck out of them. Sometimes I'll hang up on them like the call got disconnected and they'll call back and I'll play with them some more. It's so much fun frustrating them. I act real naive and not tech savy.

Bad robotic voice claiming to be calling because my "number" was randomly chosen for a free weekend stay at Marriot Hotels. Press one and you get a jamaican on the line who won't deviate from the script or answer questions. They ask if your the "credit Card" holder. And if you won't answer their question they hang up.
